for us, it was very important that no one was around, so if you are looking for a home in nature without annoying neighbors and caretakers, then this is the place for you.
the villa also has a sauna, to which the owner gives free firewood both for the sauna and for the barbecue area.
I did not like communication with the owner from the very beginning, when booking, the number of the manager of the company that monitors this house was indicated, 100% of the subscription was reset immediately after which for 5 days they could not get the owner's contacts, although they called and asked for the person's number several times. We checked in on Wednesday, and we received the number only on Tuesday evening. They called the owner - the connection was terrible, something was constantly breaking out and was interrupted, as a result, they did not specify anything and wrote in viber that we will arrive at the specified time at the place.
As we were on the road, we finally called the owner, after which they began to accuse us of being tired, that we do not call and have not been contacted for 5 days (in a not very friendly manner), the mood was conflicted, and in my opinion, this is unacceptable when you go on vacation.
After talking with the owner, also on the way, the manager called us and said that the owner will not accept us without a deposit of UAH 5,000 (there was not a word about this in the ad).
as a result, I had to find an ATM and withdraw cash.
Among the disadvantages of the house is that it is made entirely of wood and the sound insulation is very poor, everything creaks and rattles (but that’s how anyone likes it)
Upon eviction, the owner very scrupulously inspects the entire house for any scratches or stains on the curtains or tulle.
In our case, there was a scratch on the tulle, not the fact that we left it (but we agreed that regardless of the conflict, we would pay compensation for the tulle, because everyone knows that they are not expensive and they were common in the house) and this is where the most interesting began, calling the company manager and finding out the price of the tulle, the cost of the road and the work of the person who will HANG it, the prices reached UAH 5 thousand)))
As a result, we paid UAH 500. compensation, and after a wonderful rest in a posh place, we drove home with a sigh.
In conclusion, I would like to wish Willi Zarina to be more hospitable to new guests and not to put everyone under one roof.
